Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Royal Mail - Tracked 48 - Small Parcel (2 business days): £3.55
- Royal Mail - Tracked 24 - Small Parcel (1 business day): £4.45
- Royal Mail - Tracked 48 - Medium Parcel (2 business days): £5.50
- Royal Mail - Tracked 24 - Medium Parcel (1 business day): £6.60
Small Parcel = 2k or less in weight
Medium Parcel = 2k or more in weight
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
UK Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
International Shipping
We don't currently offer international shipping. We are looking into this.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Kitten Cub and Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Kitten Cub and Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save and photograph all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
