How quickly do you dispatch?

We aim to dispatch orders from the UK within 1–2 working days.

What are UK delivery options and prices?

Free UK delivery on orders over £50.

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.90 (Approx. 2-3 working days)

Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4 (Approx. 1-2 working day)

Will my order be tracked?

Yes for Tracked 24/48. You’ll receive a tracking email when we dispatch.

Gifts

Do you offer gift wrap and a gift message?

Gift wrap is available for most products. 

Yes. Add your message at checkout.

Can you ship directly to the recipient?

Yes. We never include prices in the parcel. Enter their address at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

What’s your return policy?

30-day returns on non‑personalised, unused items in original packaging. Email carly@kittencubandco.uk or use our contact page with your order number to start a return. Buyer pays return postage unless the item is faulty.

Can I return personalised items?

Personalised/custom items can’t be returned unless faulty.

My order arrived damaged—what do I do?

Email carly@kittencubandco.co.uk with photos within 48 hours, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, email us, and we'll do our best to cancel.

Are your products handmade?

Our ceramic mugs are all designed and hand-decorated in small batches in the UK by Carly, owner of Kitten Cub and Co. Slight variations may occur.

Art prints and stationery are all designed by Carly, owner of Kitten Cub and Co.
